Volumetric Dosing for Dense Substances

Thanks to our new volumetric doser, is possible to dose dense substances like creams and viscous products with high precision, from the cosmetics to the food industry, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

Volumetric Dosing for Large Volumes

Thanks to this volumetric doser, it’s possible to dose volumes up to 750 ml with high precision (dosing accuracy ±1%). Is particularly suitable for the food industry, in particular for dosing oil, balsamic vinegar and sauces.

Volumetric Dosing for Dense Fluids

Thanks to this volumetric doser, it’s possible to dose dense fluids as creams or balsamic vinegar up to 500 ml with high precision (dosing accuracy ±1%).

Flow Controlling

Depending on the configuration, they may be either compression or diaphragm valves. In the case of diaphragm valves, the contact parts are easily washable or sterilisable.

Valve body material may vary depending on the target sector: Nylon PA12, Anticorodal-100, stainless steel 316L. All these valves are pneumatically operated.
